Q. Where specifically will the Rock the Universe event take place?
A. Rock the Universe will take place at Universal Studios Florida® theme park. Concert performances will take place on 2 stages inside the park. Prices, dates, times and entertainment subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Q. What time does the event start?
A. Guests with Rock the Universe tickets can enter Universal Studios® after 4pm. The park closes for non Rock the Universe guests at 6pm. A Rock the Universe ticket will allow you to remain in the park until 1am to experience all the music and thrills.
Q. Can I leave the park and re-enter during the event?
A. Yes, but you must have your Rock the Universe ticket, a hand stamp (acquired at the park exit), and a Rock the Universe wristband (if leaving before 8pm).
Q. Is there a bus parking charge?
A. Yes, there is a $12 charge for buses that are parking in the Universal Orlando bus parking area. If the bus is just dropping off (not staying) then there is no charge. Bus parking is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early for best bus parking.
Q. What is the number of people that qualify for a group rate?
A. 10 people is the minimum required to receive a group rate.
Q. Can I visit Universal’s Islands of Adventure® with a Rock the Universe ticket?
A. Rock the Universe is a separately ticketed event that includes admission to Universal Studios after 4pm for the date stated on the ticket. The Rock the Universe ticket does not include entrance to Universal Studios before 4pm or entrance to Islands of Adventure.
Q. Will the event go on if it rains?
A. Rock the Universe will be held rain or shine. Entertainment schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather. Prices, dates, times and entertainment subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Q. Is my Universal Orlando Annual Pass valid for admission to Rock the Universe?
A. Universal Orlando Annual Passes are NOT valid for separately ticketed events such as Rock the Universe. However, Annual Passholders are able to purchase tickets at a discounted rate. Check back soon for more information on Annual Passholder discounts.
Q. Does Rock the Universe have a Sunday Morning Worship Service?
A. Yes, Rock the Universe will hold a Sunday Morning Worship Service. Admission is FREE with any Rock the Universe ticket. Seating is limited and a reservation is required. Check back soon for more information.
